WovenBlu

Design. Connect. Document.

From Source to Screen.

Turn a wall size and a tile choice into a full LED drawing packet: power, data, rigging, a 3D stage view, truck pack and a pull-list check. Built by a working LED engineer for the crews who build the walls.

Rigging sheet with bumpers and pick-point loads. Data distribution sheet with primary and backup runs. Power distribution sheet with circuits fanning out to a Socapex breakout. SHEETS 4–9 OF 10 · ONE WALL

One wall in, a full packet out

The drawings you used to build by hand at 2 a.m.

Pick the tile, set the wall, choose your processing and distro. Every sheet updates together and prints as one packet with a title block, so the shop, the riggers and the client are all reading the same numbers.

Power distribution sheet: circuits run across rows of tiles back to a Socapex breakout, with amperage totals.
PWR

Power distribution

Circuits sized from real tile wattage, Soca and breakout counts, and amps per phase at your voltage.

Data distribution sheet: primary and backup runs per row with processor port tags.
DATA

Data distribution

Primary and backup runs, port tags and processor loading for Brompton, NovaStar and Megapixel.

Rigging sheet: bumpers and pick points above the wall with load per point.
RIG

Rigging and ballast

Flown, ground-stacked or custom truss. Load per pick point, bumper counts and sandbags per upright.

Truck pack sheet: plan and side views of road cases packed into a box truck.
TRK

Truck pack

Cases packed tight, stacked to height and split evenly across trucks when the weight says you need two.

Built for load-in

Made from the way shows actually get built.

Every feature came from a real gig: a pull list that didn't match, a fiber run that came up short, a truck that was over weight.

Real tile specs

A growing library from ROE, Absen, AOTO, beMatrix, CreateLED and more, using manufacturer spec sheets.

Pull-list check

Import the shop's pull list as a PDF, Excel or CSV and see green for covered, red for short.

Cable lengths that make sense

Typed distances plus your service loop, rounded to stock lengths: Soca in 25 / 50 / 100 / 150 / 200 ft.

Stage in the room

Drop in the venue drawing, set the scale and place each wall where it really goes.

3D you can send

Export an interactive 3D view the client can spin and zoom in any browser.

Road-legal trucking

Stays under truck weight limits and adds a second trailer only when the load needs it.

Private beta

Help shape the tool you'll use on every show.

We're opening WovenBlu to a small group of LED techs, video engineers and production companies. Beta users get early access and a direct line to the person building it.

  • Use it on real shows and tell us what's missing
  • Ask for the tiles and processors you rent most
  • Get new features first, before public launch

We'll only use your email for beta updates.

You're on the list.

Thanks. We'll email you when your beta invite is ready.
